岗位：UX设计师（用户旅程设计方向）| 地点：加拿大（驻场3个月起）| 类型：项目制合同
1、岗位职责：设计优化用户旅程地图，梳理政府服务全触点体验；用以人为中心的方法，完成需求分析、场景定义与方案迭代； 参与业务流程重构，融入数字化转型思路；协同团队落地设计方案，输出用户旅程图等高质量文档。
2、任职要求：精通用户旅程设计、人本设计及流程设计，具备独立落地UX/UI方案能力，熟悉数字化转型理念；有UX设计项目经验，政府/公共服务项目经历优先；积极主动、沟通力强，能在加拿大稳定驻场；加拿大公民或永久居民（枫叶卡持有者）。

Position: UX Designer (User Journey Focus) | Location: Canada (On-site 3+ months, renewable) | Type: Project Contract
Key Responsibilities：Design & optimize User Journey Maps, mapping users' full-touch interactions with government services; Apply Human-Centered Design for needs analysis, scenario definition and solution iteration; Participate in process redesign with digital transformation insights; Collaborate with team to implement solutions and deliver high-quality documents (e.g., journey maps).
Qualifications：Proficient in User Journey Design, Human-Centered Design & Process Design; capable of independent UX/UI solution delivery; familiar with digital transformation; Relevant UX project experience, government/public service experience preferred; Proactive, strong communication skills, able to work stably in Canada; Canadian citizen or permanent resident (Maple Leaf Card holder).
